The tradition is that family members get to mark a trail through the woods that they like and we will cut the path with tractor and chainsaw.  The person who identifies the trail gets to name it and paint the corresponding sign.  We have several throughout the property including:  Saw-Whet Owl Trail; Cross Creek Trail; Mary Joe Loop; Woodcock Way; Deer Creek Trail; Spring Haven Drive; and Cemetery Ridge.
